The receipt of musical proposals submitted by artists and creators is carried out within a spontaneous, amateur, and non-profit initiative. It does not constitute in any way a commercial activity, talent agency, or paid service provision.

Personal data voluntarily provided by artists through the submission form (artist name, legal real names of authors, email address, optional social/website link, IP address, and disclaimer submission timestamp):

• Are processed exclusively for communication management, track evaluation, and evidentiary preservation of the legal release protecting the radio against third-party copyright claims.
• Are never used for marketing, commercial newsletters, or financial profiling.
• Are never shared with or sold to third parties for any reason.

All music, lyrics, and audio productions broadcast on Radio Granellìk are original, unreleased works co-created by human creativity and proprietary AI suites. The catalogue is 100% proprietary and exempt from collecting society mandates (SIAE / SCF / Soundreef / ASCAP / BMI).
